1. What cookies do here
Cookies are small values saved by your browser and sent back to the site. Venue True and Advance True use them to keep sign-in and forms working and to protect requests against misuse. Some choices, such as an unlocked password-protected calendar, are stored in the server-side session associated with a cookie.
2. Cookies used by the current True interface
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
venue-true-session | Connects your browser to its session: authentication, form validation, calendar/spreadsheet previews and unlocked calendar links. | 120 minutes of inactivity by current configuration. Continued use can renew it. |
XSRF-TOKEN | Helps protect form and application requests against cross-site request forgery. | Uses the session cookie lifetime, currently 120 minutes. |
remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in when you choose “Keep me signed in”. Its name includes an installation-specific suffix. | Up to 400 days under the current authentication setting; logout or browser controls can remove it. |
The session and security cookies support the service you request. The persistent sign-in cookie is set only when you select that sign-in option. Actual availability and expiry may also be affected by your browser settings.
3. Analytics, advertising and local storage
The current True pages do not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, marketing pixels or a cookie-consent preference store. The True interface does not currently use local storage or session storage for tracking.
We have not added an “Accept all cookies” banner because there are no optional analytics or advertising cookies to enable in this version. If optional technologies are introduced, this policy and the relevant choices will be updated before they operate; consent will be requested where required.
4. External services
Google Fonts is used to load interface fonts. That creates a connection to Google and is described in the Privacy policy. A third-party network request is not itself an application cookie. Stripe checkout and automatic ticketing integrations are not connected in the current version.
If you follow an external link, cookies on the destination site are governed by that site. These pages describe the Venue True and Advance True interface, not every site operated by another venue, artist or service provider.
5. Managing cookies
You can inspect, delete or block cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing the site’s cookies signs you out and removes session-based choices, including unlocked calendars. Blocking essential cookies may stop login, form submission and import previews from working.
For a shared or public device, leave “Keep me signed in” unchecked and sign out when finished. Clearing a browser cookie does not delete your account or the show data stored by the service.
6. Questions and updates
Contact the operator shown on this page with questions about these cookies. We will update this inventory when authentication settings or technologies change.
